How Feng Shui My Home began:
In September 2014 I decided to sell my home. The market and sales results in the area at that time indicated that the expected price range to be $800,000 – $900,000 with the upper figure being at the top end. As a real estate agent, I understood having the right marketing strategy is vital when putting your home on the market. But I had a competitive edge that no one else had on the market and that was preparing my home for sale using the principles of feng shui to attract quality buyers in order to achieve a premium sale price.
Let me tell you that in my 9 years of selling real estate, I had never been at a open home with the numbers that I recorded throughout the 4 week campaign. The numbers achieved in just my first week of open for inspections was a mind boggling record of 88 groups. Once buyers entered they didn’t want to leave as I understood the power that the power of feng shui to make them ‘feel’ right was working.
On Auction Day, we had over 200 people attend and 4 strong bidders all wanting the property. At the fall of the hammer, we had achieved over $153,000 above our reserve price and set a new record for the highest price achieved in the estate. From that day, I decided that I want to help other people achieve the best result for their home using feng shui principles to help attract maximum prosperity.
We also selected the date and time of the Auction according to Feng Shui Four Pillars of Destiny using our date of birth. Having this additional knowledge and information to help us in every way to achieve the best possible outcome, not only helped us achieve the result that we were hoping for but far exceeded our expectations beyond our dreams.
